It is with our deepest sympathies and condolences to the Kelly family that we inform all of you that the Perkasie Regional Authority lost one of our own. On Sunday June 4th, Mark Kelly tragically lost his life from the result of a motorcycle accident.
Mark was a valued employee of the Authority for more than 20 years as a licensed operator. His hard work and dedication will always be remembered. Mark will be truly missed by all that knew him. Please keep his family in your thoughts as they go through this difficult time.
