David Watt, Chairman

Dave has the distinction of being the first resident from East Rockhill Township to serve on the Authority Board. Dave brings an aspect of experience to the Board that has been absent since Tom’s father in the 1970’s.

Dave and his family have lived in East Rockhill Township for more than 15 years and has been a PRA water customer from the beginning. He is a former member of the East Rockhill Township Planning Commission and currently serves as a member of the East Rockhill Zoning Hearing Board.

Dave was appointed in 2008 to fill a vacancy and he was re-appointed to a five year term by the Borough of Perkasie in January 2010, January 2015 and January 2020 and that term will expire at the end of 2024.


J. Thomas Horn, Vice-Chairman

Tom was first appointed to the Board in April 2006. He was re-appointed to a five year term in January 2011, January 2016, and January 2020 and that term will expire at the end of 2025.

Tom is the first second-generation Board Member to serve on the Board. Tom’s father, Stanley Horn, served on the Board in the early 1970’s. Tom is a Perkasie native and lives on Ridge Road.

 

Stephen Algeo, Treasurer

Originally Steve was appointed to the Board in 2016 to fill a vacancy left by Ben Rainear and that term expires in 2018.  The Borough of Perkasie re-appointed Steve in 2019 and that term expires in 2023.

Steve is the second, second-generation Board Member to serve on the Board. Steve's father, James Algeo, also served on the Perkasie Regional (Borough) Authority Board. Steve is a Perkasie native and lives on 9th Street in Perkasie.

Steve and his wife reside on S. 9th Street in Perkasie.


 

Victoria Miller, Secretary

Vicki was first appointed to the Board in 2023 on a 5-year term that is set to expire at the end of 2027.

She joined the Board to give back to the community after being employed with the NJ DEP in the sewage and drinking water field for 37 years. She resides on Sugarbush Drive in Perkasie and is also an active member of the Perkasie Garden Club.


Gregory Martin, Assistant Secretary/Treasurer

Greg was first appointed to the Board in 2024 on a 2-year term that is set to expire at the end of 2026.

Greg brings 30 years of Information Security and Information Technology Management experience to the Board.  Greg and his wife have lived in Perkasie since 1994.
