Lawrence E. Gular, Chairman
Perkasie Borough Council appointed Lawrence Gular to the Board in July 2006 to fill a vacancy and he was re-appointed to a five year term in January 2008 and January 2013 and that term will expire at the end of 2017.
Larry has been a Perkasie resident for 25+ years. He and his wife Amy live on E. Walnut Street and have two grown children.
David Watt, Vice-Chairman
Dave has the distinction of being the first resident from East Rockhill Township to serve on the Authority Board. Dave brings an aspect of experience to the Board that has been absent since Tom’s father in the 1970’s.
Dave and his family have lived in East Rockhill Township for more than 15 years and has been a PRA water customer from the beginning. He is a former member of the East Rockhill Township Planning Commission and currently serves as a member of the East Rockhill Zoning Hearing Board.
Dave was appointed in 2008 to fill a vacancy and he was re-appointed to a five year term by the Borough of Perkasie in January 2010 and January 2015 and that term will expire at the end of 2019.
Robert Wasson, Secretary
Bob was first appointed to the Board in 2002 and served until 2006. He was appointed again in 2008 to serve a vacancy and re-appointed in 2011. Bob's term will expire at the end of 2016.
Bob and his wife, Cathy, have lived in Perkasie for over 25 years and have two grown daughters. Bob is retired from Tyco, Inc.
Bob has also served on Perkasie Planning Commission, Borough Council, and currently serves as a Perkasie Representative on the Pennridge Wastewater Treatment Authority.
J. Thomas Horn, Treasurer
Tom was first appointed to the Board in April 2006. He was re-appointed to a five year term in January 2011 and that term will expire at the end of 2015.
Tom is the first second-generation Board Member to serve on the Board. Tom’s father, Stanley Horn, served on the Board in the early 1970’s. Tom is a Perkasie native and lives on Ridge Road.
Stephen Algeo, Assistant Secretary/Treasurer
Steve was appointed to the Board in 2016 to fill a vacancy left by Ben Rainear.
Steve is the second, second-generation Board Member to serve on the Board. Steve's father, James Algeo, also served on the Perkasie Regional (Borough) Authority Board. Steve is a Perkasie native and lives on 9th Street in Perkasie.
